- I have been teaching at SPCC since 2004. I love interacting with students everyday and working with my peers. I also love playing and coaching basketball, playing baseball, and golfing. I love being spontaneous and riding the wave of life where it takes me. I am also very proud to have the best wife, duaghter, and a brand new edition on the way in September. My parents are a driving force in who I have become and throughout my life I have had the best friends around me who love me for who I am. God has guided me in many ways that have turned into miracles.

Habit Summary
Well to here so many success stories throughout the last two weeks makes me so proud. I am sure you all now realize that it is not easy to break a habit. From those of you who had success from those of you who never thought about the project one bit all experienced a huge challenge. To the ones who did not attempt to break their habit, probably means breaking it will take an extreme wake up call in your life. I hope the wake up call is not so serious it harms you. For those who tried hard, good for you. I challenge you to keep pushing in everything you do. Hard work equals success!

May 21st - Day 8 Habit Project
Week 2 begins and you are all at different points of reaching your goal. Some of you may be getting into a new routine while other might be finding it harder than you thought. Either way tomorrow is never the time to change. It takes one step which is usually the hardest and then another and another. Good luck and work hard.

Well the weekend is here and your schedule will certainly be different. Seven hours of school is replaced by something. Good luck and stick to your goal.

May 14th - Habit Project Day 1
Well everyone here we go. I am going to workout either in the morning or after school. I am in a rut lately with staying consistent with my workouts. I hope to gain a nice pattern along with all of you in the next two weeks. This is not easy at all but it is ok to change for the better. Every night you will post how you are doing, feeling, and strategies on the upcoming days. This is exciting and I wish you all luck!
