- I have been teaching at SPCC since 2004. I love interacting with students everyday and working with my peers. I also love playing and coaching basketball, playing baseball, and golfing. I love being spontaneous and riding the wave of life where it takes me. I am also very proud to have the best wife, duaghter, and a brand new edition on the way in September. My parents are a driving force in who I have become and throughout my life I have had the best friends around me who love me for who I am. God has guided me in many ways that have turned into miracles.

Today was a great day. I had no activities to get down on myself during, so that's a plus. I exercised with Adam by playing basketball for an hour or so. After that, I came inside and babysat (or toddler-sat) Andrew. I can feel myself getting better and better at thinking more positive about my mistakes, but I still wish I had more confidence. Any tips? Thanks, have a good weekend!

DeleteDay 5 was okay. As Jack just said we played basketball for an hour, or so, but I had nothing to do until 8pm, when i had a hockey clinic. Since that happened, i have really tried to boost up my energy. This project helped me, maybe im the only one, but I've felt 100% better. If anyone needs help with them just reply to this, and I'll be happy to help. :) Have an awesome weekend!
ReplyDeleteMy friday was awsome. I had alot of fun at the mock trial and that really made my day. After school though I did what work I had right away and finished at 5:30pm. Then I got some new glasses too, which was pretty cool. So my friday was good and I hope everyone else had a good friday. Best of luck.

ReplyDeleteToday went very well. Everything seemed to work out perfectly and i had pretty much no issues with my habit. My alarm went off without any problems and I got up without sleeping in. Now that the habit project has been going on for just about a week now, im actually starting to notice a change. I feel like getting up on time in the morning is something that i can do easily. This has been a great experience so far!
Day 5 of the habit project was good. It was good because I came home and had to go to my baseball game right when I got home. This was good because it consumed most of my day. Even when I got home I ate a healthy snack and then went to hang with my friends and when I was hanging with my friends I played basketball for the rest of the night until I had to go home. I have learned that the key to a healthy day is to never stop moving because when you do stop you do not think as well. When I don't think as well I mindlessly eat and so Friday I had no time to mindlessly eat because I was doing so much stuff.
ReplyDeleteEven though it was my sister's prom today, I still got some time outside in. I was outside for about an hour until I had to come in to take pictures of my sister cause my mom doesn't know how to take pictures on her IPhone. Then I hung out with my sister's friend while she finished getting ready. Then Henry Thoreen, her date, came over and we hung out a little before they left. THen they left and I stayed home on facebook and watched tv till 2:00 AM.
ReplyDeleteFriday seems like forever ago! Hmm, let's see, on Friday.. we had the mock trial which was pretty cool, and I didn't get handcuffed!(: When I got home, I pretty much just spent the night with my family. I didn't have any homework, so I went out side with my family. We ate supper outside, and goofed off a little afterwards. I might not always express it, but I am so thankful for my family. As for my habit, it didn't come up.(: I hope everyone enjoyed their Friday!
ReplyDeleteFriday was a pretty good day for my project. After school I kept my time occupied very well. I had a baseball game. We played well but we got our first loss of the season. I came home and watched the Celtics. They lost, but they'll get them next time. This project has really shown me that if I set my mind to something I can really accomplish something.
ReplyDeleteThis day didn't go as planned. I came home, had a healthy snack, and went fishing. I didn't my running in this day, so I plan to make up with this with double activities and accomplishments. I now notice that the weekends are a lot harder to plan. HOWEVER, I did get some running around this day. I went outside and played wiffle ball with my cousin. So this day was ok for me i guess.
ReplyDeleteMy day was pretty awesome. I did my homework right away, and then I was free the rest of the day, and I will be the rest of the weekend. This is awesome! Procrastinating makes it so you have to come in when you're having fun. However, ever since I've been doing my homework early, I've had more time to play with friends. Also, this has made me calmer for reasons I don't know. So, all in all, today was great and I can't wait for the rest.
ReplyDeleteMy friday went well. Im having lots of fun with this project. Sometimes it is a struggle to follow my schedule, but this is part of beating my habit. I am really noticing a change in my confidence going into tests. Before I would usually think I was going to fail, and usually i didnt. But now, I know that i wont because I studied. I always studied before too, but i was usually rushed because i did it in the mornings. I fell good and am excited about the project! Have a good weekend
ReplyDeleteToday was a decent day. Everything was going good in till I got a migraine because I get aggravated with people easier, which causes me to argue with them. I didn't argue with my brother at all though, which was good. I did everything I wanted to do on my schedule.
ReplyDeleteToday I walked over to my friend's house. We played catch with a football for maybe 10 min. He then suggested that we go swimming. So I ran home, got dressed, got my bike, and rode back. We were playing catch with a beach ball in the pool, I think we were in the pool for 20 mins. We later then got some more kids to play capture the flag, close to an hour. After the kids went home we went inside and watched t.v, I know that is not healthy but I was tried from all running we just did. I later went home and went to the movies with my sister.It is so much easier to exercise because you don't have to worry about having to do your home work. Today was so good. I was happy with myself.
ReplyDeleteMy fifth day was just normal. My fifth bad habit was that I don't often relax which could result in stressing out a lot. So I did what I usually do in a normal and I watch some T.V to.
